We design and manufacture customised electrical panels, ensuring maximum reliability and optimal integration with our customers' machines and plants. Thanks to the verticalisation of our production system, we manage all stages of processing internally, dividing orders between our three production sites. Our production area covers approximately 6,000 m². In addition, we use advanced digitisation systems for reading and managing electrical diagrams, a choice that allows us to improve production quality and guarantee consistent and reliable results.

We offer a complete service for the installation of the electrical panel and the connection of all devices on the machine or system, including sensors, actuators, motors, resistors and measuring instruments. We are also able to provide a turnkey service that includes the installation of the electrical panel and on-board wiring. This integrated solution allows customers to have a single point of contact for the entire project, simplifying management, optimising time and ensuring a final result in line with operational requirements.

We offer PLC programming solutions based on Gefran components and, when necessary, we integrate third-party hardware. In addition, we develop SCADA and supervision systems to ensure advanced control of processes, temperatures, motors and energy consumption. Our team of Field Application Engineers is able to develop level 1 and level 2 software on both Gefran systems and other products required by the market, ensuring a high degree of reliability, flexible solutions and complete integration between automation, monitoring and operational management.

We offer comprehensive support in the final stages of the project, taking care of system installation, start-up and testing to ensure the correct functioning of the production lines. Our team supports customers throughout the entire commissioning phase, guaranteeing expertise and operational continuity until production targets are fully achieved. We are also able to guarantee the presence of our specialised technicians on site for all start-up, configuration and testing activities, accompanying the customer step by step until the signing of the FAT (Factory Acceptance Test), thus ensuring a transparent, reliable testing process that complies with the specific requirements.

Our activities include scheduled preventive maintenance to anticipate potential critical issues and keep equipment in optimal condition, as well as corrective maintenance, which is quickly activated in the event of anomalies or failures to restore full operation in the shortest possible time.
