Overview

MAX Base Modules form the fundamental infrastructure of Gefran’s digital IOT platform. These modules provide all the essential functionality to ensure the secure connection, collection and processing of industrial data, creating an ecosystem that is scalable, flexible and ready for integration with all types of plants and machines.

    Provides an interactive overview of machine and production line performance. Allows you to monitor KPIs, alerts and navigate between main sections, with customization options to improve operational efficiency.
  • Line Supervision
    Monitors and analyzes production line performance in real time, displaying and analyzing changeover data, providing a comprehensive overview of machine performance.
  • Production Statistics
    Analyzes the efficiency and productivity of production lines. It provides tools to monitor OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness), track production, analyze stops and scrap, and validate shifts. This module helps identify and resolve production inefficiencies.
  • Consumption Analysis
    Monitors energy and material use, offering real-time and historical analysis. Allows you to compare consumption with targets and generate customized reports to optimize efficiency and reduce costs.
  • KPI Analysis
    Provides a detailed view of production performance through key indicators such as OEE and productivity. Allows you to monitor trends, identify inefficiencies, and analyze causes of downtime to improve operational efficiency.

    Provides timely updates on machine performance and status, configurable for specific events. Notifications are sent via email, SMS or push notifications, with customization of notification thresholds and pattern analysis.
