Having graduated in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Brescia, he joined Gefran in 1995, where he first dealt with designing Industrial Sensors. Over the years, he has taken on roles of increasing responsibility, such as Technical Director of the Sensors Division, Plant Director of the Sensors Division and, since 2016, General Manager of the Group’s Sensors and Components Business Unit. In 2019, he obtained an EMBA from MIP - Politecnico di Milano.

Graduated in Business Administration at Libera Università Carlo Cattaneo (LIUC) with a Master's in Economics and Management of Small and Medium Enterprises, he has a long managerial experience in Brescia's manufacturing industry. His first experience was at Deloitte. He then entered the industrial world as a Financial Controller before holding positions of increasing responsibility. He joins Gefran after holding the position of CFO of the Rheinmetall Group.

Electronic engineer with an MBA from INSEAD. After an experience in consulting, he joined Alcatel Lucent in 2010, first in marketing and then in R&D in Bell Labs. The entry into industrial automation took place in 2013, first dealing with digital transformation at Schneider Electric and then with business management at Lenze. In Gefran since 2020, he holds the role of CTO, coordinating the R&D, product marketing and innovation departments.

Graduated in Electronic Engineering at the Politecnico di Milano, he got the MBA Master at the MIP. He has been leading Operations for over 20 years, an area in which he has promoted many innovative Smart Manufacturing projects with a Lean Thinking approach. His experience has grown in multinational companies, mainly in the electronic industry, including Hewlett Packard, Jabil Circuit Inc and the ITEMA group, covering managerial roles internationally. He has been part of the Gefran team since 2014.

Graduated in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Brescia, he joined Gefran in 2007, first managing the design of Industrial Sensors. After holding positions of increasing responsibility, he became General Manager of the Swiss subsidiary Sensormate AG in 2021.
Since 2023 he also holds the position of Sensors Unit Director.

With a degree in Electronics and Telecommunications, he joined Gefran in 2009 in the sales area for the Drives & Motion business with a ten-year experience in industrial automation. After a two-year period in Schneider, still in the sales area, he returned to Gefran in 2016 as Italy Drives & Motion sales manager. From 2020 he has held the role of General Manager for Gefran Solutions and Elettropiemme.

Davide Bettera graduated in Electronics and Telecommunications; he has been in charge of Information technology since 1997. He joined Gefran in 2000: after a long growing path, today he holds the role of Group Chief Information Officer.

With a degree in Electronic Engineering from the Politecnico of Milano, he has been dealing with purchases for over 25 years. He gained great professional experience operating in different sectors for multinational corporations, including Black & Decker, Hewlett Packard and Ideal Standard, where he covered several managing roles both at national and international level. He has been the Chief Procurement Officer of Gefran since 2015.

He earned a degree in Mechanical Engineering and PhD in Industrial Production Engineering at the University of Padua. After having held positions of increasing responsibility in the area of Quality and process improvement at Beretta Armi, in 2018 he joined Gefran as Quality Manager of the Sensors and Components Business Unit. During 2020 he assumed the role of Group Quality, Safety and Environment Manager.

Graduated in Law at the University of Genoa, he got a Master Degree in Corporate Law at such University. He took the bar 2013. In 2015 he began his career as a corporate lawyer first in the Il Sole 24 Ore Group. He joined Gefran in 2017, within the Legal and Corporate Affairs Department. Starting from 2022 he assumes responsibility of the department with the role of Legal & Corporate Counsel.
