On 11th April 2019 Gefran participated in "Orientati al Futuro", an event for Politecnico di Torino students and new graduates preparing to join the workforce.
During the day guys from the Gefran FLY Talent Academy told their peers in Turin about training programmes for new Gefran employees, offering concrete examples of how new workers are integrated into the company.
The day’s main attraction was a Gefran video made using 360-degree technology, produced as part of a wider-ranging project for promotion of FLY which originated with the Talent Academy guys themselves. With the help of VR visors, everyone attending the event could take a “virtual trip” inside Gefran to discover the company’s R&D and production facilities and find out how automation sensors and components are designed and made.
Gefran will be further reinforcing its relationship with the academic world at two more Career Days in the months to come: at Politecnico di Milano on 14th May and then at Brescia University.
