For the third year running, Istituto Tedesco Qualità e Finanza (ITQF), in collaboration with La Repubblica Affari & Finanza, has granted Gefran a score of over 60% in the overall assessment of its industry standards.
The survey, conducted by ITQF together with the institutes IMWF of Hamburg and Ubermetrics Technologies of Berlin on a sample of NN, included the following assessment items:
- sound corporate values;
- customer focus;
- efficient and effective remote working;
- satisfactory corporate welfare;
- competency development;
- professional orientation in the workplace.
Information was gathered through social listening, an innovative research method that uses artificial intelligence to analyse the tone and sentiment of opinions expressed on social media, blogs and forums.
