Panoramica

La serie di inverter ADV200 rappresenta un innovativo concetto di azionamento, frutto della costante ricerca tecnologica e dell’esperienza che il Gruppo GEFRAN ha acquisito mantenendosi da sempre al fianco dei maggiori operatori del settore.
Pensato e sviluppato quindi, per soddisfare le reali esigenze di System Integrators e costruttori di macchine e per garantirgli la massima innovazione e competitività economica nei mercati internazionali.
Basato su un’estrema modularità meccanica e su una piattaforma di programmazione potente, intuitiva e completamente “aperta”, ADV200 offre un’assoluta flessibilità di integrazione con prestazioni ai massimi livelli in qualsiasi architettura di sistema della più moderna automazione.

Funzioni:

  • Autotaratura dei regolatori di velocità-corrente-flusso e identificazione dati motore con motore in rotazione e fermo
  • Controllo di coppia
  • Menù di Avviamento guidato semplificato
  • Sovraccarico istantaneo fino al 180%
  • Protezione termica I2t per motore, drive e resistenza di frenatura
  • Funzione multivelocità (16 programmabili)
  • 4 rampe indipendenti e programmabili con jerk
  • Funzione Motopotenziometro
  • Funzione di riaggancio al volo motore
  • Funzione Droop
  • Gestione doppio motore
  • Blocco funzione PID (applicazione precaricata)
  • Gestione in caso di mancanza rete mediante: arresto controllato o/e ottimizzazione dell’energia
  • Frequenza di commutazione variabile
  • Modalità Coppia Costante e Coppia Variabile
  • Ambiente di Sviluppo Avanzato MDPLC (secondo lo standard IEC 61131-3)
  • Tastiera di programmazione con 5 set completi di parametri drive.

    - serie BUy: tensione di alimentazione inverter 230-480Vac,  690Vac (BUy1065-6) e 575Vac (BUy-1075-5); corrente nominale da 28 a 120 Arms; collegamento fino a 4 unità in parallelo (1 master + 3 slave)
    - serie BU200:  tensione di alimentazione inverter 380-480 Vdc (BU200-4) e 500-690 Vdc (BU200-6); corrente nominale da 198 a 424 Arms,  collegamento fino a 5 unità in parallelo (1 master + 4 slave)
  • Resistenze di frenatura (normalizzate per l’intera gamma)
  • Induttanze di uscita (normalizzate per l’intera gamma)
  • Grado di protezione IP54 con dissipatore retroquadro
