The prize is awarded by the German Quality and Finance Institute ITQF, in partnership with La Repubblica Affari & Finanza, on the basis of a survey investigating excellence in corporate culture, welfare and career opportunities.
As part of the survey, the ITQF, which forms part of the Hubert Burda Media group, a leader of employer branding in German-speaking countries, analysed the 2500 Italian companies with the greatest number of employees.
The ranking is the result of the integration and processing of data collected through social media listening, i.e. through the identification and evaluation of what is said in various web-based sources (social media, blogs, forums, news portals, etc.), and through questionnaires filled in by companies.
The social media listening initiative gathered over 360,000 comments on corporate culture and careers over six months.
