Controllers & Power Controllers: Repair Service

Before sending in a product for repair, you need to download and fill in the authorization form and send it to rma@gefran.com.

You will then receive an authorization document to be attached to the product to be sent in for repair. This document will clearly explain the warranty or payment terms and the turnaround times involved.
