Calibration of furnaces and baths

Our laboratory provides a Test Report (mapping) traceable to Primary Standards for axial and radial measures with set-point check on 3 values.
This report grants the uniformity of the furnace thermal block holes and shows the heat dissipation value at the different depths of the holes.
Portable furnaces and thermostatic baths are instruments necessary to calibrate temperature probes every time you cannot insert the standard probes inside the company’s manufacturing process.
Vertical and horizontal calibration baths and furnaces allow to calibrate by comparison thermocouples, resistance thermometers, liquid-in-glass thermometers, etc.
GEFRAN SENSORI MT1 temperature generator furnace has been designed and developed in cooperation with IMGC-CNR (Primary Metrological Institute “G.Colonnetti”) to meet the requirements both of industrial measurements and of test and calibration laboratories, as a confirmation of its high metrological performances.
