Punching machines

The machine is designed to include the functions of forming and punching. The main purpose is to reduce its energy consumption by mean of a closed-loop control implemented by using high-frequency servo valves, servo cylinders, a special controller and by improving its repositioning accuracy thanks to the use of a position sensor.

The magnetostrictive technology allows an absolute position measurement with high repeatability and a sensor life independent on the number of cycles thanks to the fact that the position measurement is free from the effects of vibrations.
